Free Walks in West Lothian

Day: Every Thursday

Location: Beecraigs Country Park

Whether you are looking to improve your mental health, physical health, social skills, emotional wellbeing or maybe you have other reasons, you are welcome to join us for these walks.

Your walk is led by Sean, a qualified mountain leader with a love for the outdoors.  Sean also holds a diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy and the Scottish Mental Health first aid certificate

Whether you choose to share any information about yourself on the walks is entirely up to you. You will be provided with a safe environment where you will be given the opportunity to engage with likeminded people.

Now more than ever it is vitally important that everyone feels supported and has someone to talk to.

Whilst this event is free you will need to complete a booking form. Whether you come along every week is entirely up to you. Please contact us for more information.

1:1 coaching

Maybe you are a parent trying to regain your identity after spending so long focusing on your child/children?

Maybe you are looking for some life coaching or support to improve your confidence

It’s amazing what you can achieve in 60 minutes.

Our 1:1 coaching involves a 60 minute walk around the local area whilst discussing the matters most important to you. At the end of each session we will agree challenges or goals for you to achieve and then these will be discussed at the next session.

Your walk is led by Sean, a qualified mountain leader with a love for the outdoors.  Sean also holds a diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy and the Scottish Mental Health first aid certificate

You can either book by the hour at a cost of £25 or pay £50 per month for 1 session per week.

Appointments are currently available Monday to Friday at either 07:00-08:00 or 12:00-13:00.
